Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakesh → High Atlas → Ait Ben Haddou → Dades Valley

Morning: Private pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakesh . Drive south across the High Atlas Mountains via the panoramic Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260 m).

Midday: Arrive at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou for a guided walk through its earthen towers and historical cobblestone paths, followed by lunch on a terrace.

Afternoon: Continue through Ouarzazate and the palm-lined Skoura oasis into the dramatic rock formations of Dades Valley.

Overnight: Boutique Kasbah / Hotel in Dades Valley.

Day 2: Dades Valley → Todra Gorge → Merzouga Desert Camp

Morning: Stroll along the shaded riverbed of Todra Gorge, framed by sheer 300-meter cliffs.

Afternoon: Travel past Tinghir and Erfoud toward the golden sand sea of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga .

Evening: Mount your camel for a sunset ride across the dunes to your luxury camp. Enjoy a traditional feast followed by live fireside Berber drumming.

Day 3: Deep Sahara 4x4 Excursion & Nomadic Culture

Day 5: Midelt → Cedar Forest → Ifrane → Fes

Morning: Drive through the Middle Atlas cedar forests near Azrou. Pause to observe friendly wild Barbary macaque monkeys in their natural habitat.

Afternoon: Visit Ifrane, famed for its alpine architecture and pristine parks, before descending into the Saïss plain toward Fes .
